On October 20 2023, STP Trisakti Jakarta held a "Guest Lecture" activity by inviting Dr. Dewi Turgarini, MM.Par as resource person. This activity aims to discuss an interesting topic, namely "Strategies for Sustainable Gastronomic Tourism Development in Indonesia".
This activity aims to develop gastronomic tourism scientifically in the tourism industry, and can become a research and community service area for academics in the archipelago.
The shift in tourism into a new tourism dimension is to create gastronomic tourism which also involves the experiences, motivations and preferences of tourists who still pay attention to the principles of sustainable tourism. Exclusive tourism can be an option for conservationists and can directly improve the welfare of the community.
During this activity, Dr. Dewi Turgarini, MM.Par invites partner @sutoyo_latif who has collaborated to carry out various events on Belitung Island and Gunung Padang to collaborate with @tursari.coach wellness tourism practitioner in Wursburg, Germany. Hopefully this experience can provide benefits for the development of the gastronomy-wellness tourism industry in Indonesia while maintaining environmental sustainability.
