Procedures for UPI Students Going Abroad

For Indonesian University of Education (UPI) students who will take part in activities such as student exchange, short courses, PPL Education, internships or credit transfer must have permission from the UPI Chancellor as proven by a Permit Letter or Chancellor's Decree (SK). The permit letter is intended for UPI students who will carry out activities abroad including sshort course, Seminars, PPL Education, internships, or other activities under 3 months, while the Chancellor's Decree is intended for students who take part in activities Credit Transfer. The documents required are as follows:

1. Application Letter from the Dean of the Faculty/Head of the Study Program
2. UPI Student Abroad Form (download)
3. Scan KTM
4. Letter of Acceptance from the intended University
