On October 16-18 2023, Dr. Dewi Turgarini, MM.Par acted as a speaker at "The 4th International Conference on Tourism, Gastronomy, and Tourist Destination (TGDIC 2023)" which was held at the Concorde Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The event has become a meeting place for tourism industry professionals, academics and practitioners to share the latest knowledge and experiences in the fields of tourism, gastronomy and tourist destinations.
At this event, Dr. Dewi Turgarini, MM.Par presented her views on "Tour Packages of Local Food Gastronomy in Pasir Ipis Village, Lembang, West Bandung Regency". This presentation aims to reveal the potential and uniqueness of local culinary delights which can become a tourism attraction in Pasir Ipis Village, Lembang, West Bandung Regency.
In the discussion that took place after the presentation, the conference participants were very enthusiastic about the concept of tourism development through local gastronomy presented by Dr. Dewi Turgarini, MM.Par. They welcomed these ideas positively and recognized the great potential that the village had in advancing the tourism sector.
