Dr. Dewi Turgarini., MM.Par is a lecturer at the UPI tourism master's degree with research interests in the field of Gastronomy

Dewi Turgarini was born in the city of Bandung, on March 20 1970. She completed her Bachelor's Degree majoring in Indonesian History in 1996 at Padjadjaran University, then completed her Master's Degree in Tourism Administration Management in 2006 at the Bandung Tourism College (Bandung Tourism Polytechnic), and finally graduated in 2006. 2018 as a Doctor of Tourism Science from Gadjah Mada University.

Currently has an academic position as a senior lecturer in several study programs such as the Catering Industry Management Study Program, Faculty of Education and Social Sciences, the Master's Study Program at the Indonesian Education University, the Tourism Master's Study Program at the Ambarukmo Tourism College in Yogyakarta, and is a dissertation promoter at the Tourism Doctoral Program TRISAKTI in Jakarta.

Apart from being an academic, he is also the owner of the Indogastrotourism Tour & Travel business. research and community service carried out as an expert in "Gastronomic Tourism Management" which is integrated with historical, religious, culinary, health and spa tourism in various joint projects with the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia, West Java, the Culture and Tourism Office of Java Province West, and the Bandung City Tourism and Culture Office, Cultural Values Preservation Agency and others.
